    47 minutes worth of marching in place, side stepping, kicking, and using 2 pound weights. Boring, right? Too easy? Ha! A perfectly enjoyable workout for someone like me who needs to exercise for her health without feeling like she has been run over by a Mack Truck afterward! Love it!
