  2. I’d say I probably like this dvd so much cause i’m a guy, but my wife likes it almost as much. That there’s such a good selection of time varied sets to choose from, 20 min (standing core set), 30 min, an hour, etc is a huge plus. That optional low impact movements are demonstrated along side the standard movements, is another huge plus; and, one can choose standing, sitting, or floor routines too. This is a really good dvd. I sometimes will combine the standing 20 min core with the 30 min blast, and get pretty close to being in a class- though without the fun of seeing friends etc ;-)

    One final note, i especially like that there’s no audience group in front of Judy and Shanna and others, as this allows the camera to focus on the demonstrated moves, without distracting pans of people following the routine, just my preference ;-)

    Oh, and don’t let the “Core” title fool you, there’s plenty of aerobic-ness to this too!
