Weight Loss Advice Doesn’t Work

Political correctness never seems to get the weight loss job done. Instead, it usually wastes time, costs more money, and leaves everybody feeling a little empty handed.

Now the fitness version of political correctness is low-intensity, high-repetition strength training combined with low-intensity, long, slow, boring-to-tears cardio. No one sweats, no one works hard, and no one gets results. That type of workout just doesn’t offend your body fat – so it sticks around even while you keep doing these polite low-intensity workouts each and every day.

On the other hand, the strength and interval workouts are a politically incorrect blast-from-the-past. My programs get the job done, and don’t care who they offend. Yep, you’re going to be sweating, grunting, and probably using some colorful language as you do the exercises…and you might even curse me, but that’s fine too (I know you don’t mean it).

The bottom line: All that matters is results. The strength and interval workouts are not here to make friends, but to burn fat fast. The politically incorrect workouts will help you lose fat, burn calories, and boost your metabolism big-time.

Or you can stick to your soup-can biceps curls, water jug triceps kickbacks, and slow boring cardio and try to lose weight with that. After another month of no success, maybe you’ll re-evaluate. But to make the gains you want, you have to step outside of your comfort zone and step up the intensity. Fat loss is not easy, no matter what the fitness model is paid to tell you. It takes hard work. But with strength and intervals, its hard work done fast!
